Jenny has been my hairdresser for a long time, and she is so good that I travel from north Suffolk to Aylesbury to have my hair coloured (beautifully by Alise) and cut by Jenny. She is a perfectionist and has a wealth of experience and knowledge which is second to none. She takes time with all her clients and has very high standards for her team. Jenny has been cutting my hair for years and is an extremely talented hairdresser but it is her ethos that makes Urbane stand out. Her attentiveness and focus on you as a person, rather than just a head of hair, makes a visit feel like a spa experience. It is so relaxing and nothing is too much trouble. Aleese is a brilliant colourist and Vanessa is great at taming my sons hair. If that wasn’t enough, the reclining chair while having your hair washed is absolute bliss!
