I want to say thanks to Mark at RTB - always a brilliant friendly service, no messing about, if he can repair he will and if new blinds he will do a fab job. Basically anything to do with blinds - he is your man. I know in my own property business I can call him with anything and he will sort it quickly, in a friendly and efficient manner and make my life easy and please my clients. For Blinds there is no one else....

Mark delivered an extremely professional and excellent service. He is very detail-oriented when installing the blinds, making sure everything was perfect. When there were some issues with the blind battery, he came again and replaced the battery without any extra charge. Highly recommended!

Incredible service!! Would give 10 stars if available. Mark is very professional and pleasant. Had my blinds installed in less than 1 week and the price was fairly reasonable. There is no comparison with the other pushy companies that would take 2/3 weeks to install your blinds for and exorbitant amount. Definitely going back to RTB for any future needs blind related.

Mark is a true professional. He has fitted blinds for me for many years. He just fitted an automatic blind controlled by an app and remote control. Great job and operates at sunrise/sunset or on a specific daily schedule too.Always fitted with good humour and in a reliable, tidy and expert way. Look no further for all types of blinds in the area. He is the best!

I discovered RT Blinds after being quoted an extortionate price to install two blinds by some of his competitors in Richmond. Mark not only gave me a fair price for two blinds that were even better, he was also very professional and quick to install them, making sure that everything was perfect and that I was happy.I couldn't recommend him and his company enough, will certainly contact him again if I need more blinds.
