Upon purchasing a copy of The Secret Life of Real Estate and Banking published by Shepheard-Walwym which unfortunately had a few misprints (graphs without data showing), I tried my luck to contact them via the author (Phil A.) to let them know of the issue and to request the data so I could fill the empty graphs myself. To my surprise both the author and the publisher responded promptly and provided me with a brand new copy free of charge which is on its way to me as I write this!! I honestly thought this only happened in movies but having experienced it myself I cannot be more thankful and appreciative of the author and publisher. This is true customer service and it deserves the highest praise possible. It goes without saying that I highly recommend Shepheard-Walwym and The Secret Life of Real Estate and Banking.

If you can get your work published with them, you won't be disappointed. They go above and beyond the traditional publisher role and work with you to get your work noticed. Very helpful.
