I just purchased an ES from Lexus Reading. The service provided throughout the purchase was nothing short of outstanding. I have to give particular praise to Nadine who answered each and every query I had. A big thanks also to Anthony who did the handover. I would not hesitate to recommend Lexus Reading to anyone considering buying a car there.

Bought a used car from Lexus Reading. Antony is really helpful and patience to explain the functions even though not Lexus model. The service from everyone is brilliant. I am very happy with the car and I had an excellent good experience. Highly recommend them.

We purchased a gorgeous used NX300.We literally went to browse and was so impressed with the service we made the decision to purchase. Simon and Anthony are very knowledgeable and very patient. I have just bought a really lovely 2017 RX450 Premium from Lexus Reading. Roger Southerton the salesman was very helpful and knowledgeable and made the buying process very easy and straight forward. Extremely disappointed by the service provided by Lexus reading…. Lying about providing extra MOT when it’s included already …. Stephen himself was courteous but it seems the manager at the company is lacking customer service skills .. we were about to buy the car straight away however he lost the deal due to appalling customer service

Sue was very helpful. She was polite and made me feel very welcomed and at home. Whilst I was browsing the cars she made me a coffee with a biscuit. If shopping for cars I cannot recommend the friendly team at Lexus Reading more!

Excellent service from the sales team, especially Stephen Kislingbury.I recently purchased a used car from Lexus Reading.My initial discussions for the car were done over the phone with Stephen.The whole process was carried out professionally, and with complete transparency, unlike my past experiences with other dealers.My wife and I eventually travelled from Sheffield to Reading by train to pick up the car.We were picked up from Reading station by Stephen and taken to the Lexus showroom.The whole team at the dealership were incredibly welcoming and made the purchase seamless and clear at every step.I have to say, Stephen worked tirelessly to explain all the added features (service schedules, warranties etc), to keep us informed.Thank you Stephen, and Simon and Lexus Reading.I would have no hesitation to travel from Sheffield and get another car from you in the future.Dr Anoop Soni
