Such a lovely pain clinic with kind, understanding & super knowledgeable specialists. Will is absolutely brilliant, not only is he the most genuinely nice guy but he explains everything so well & puts you at ease plus his treatments are nothing short of amazing & bring so much relief. I would highly recommend him

I accessed the clinic after suffering with the after effects of cauda equina related surgery for three years - agonising back pain accompanied by sciatic pain also. I’ve been seeing Steph now for around about a month and the relief I feel for having the treatment is immense. I’d recommend the service to anyone who is suffering from chronic pain.Steph herself is always welcoming, friendly, professional and chatty. She ensures you’re comfortable and that the pressure she may be applying is not too much.I cannot fault this service at all, and as aforementioned, I recommend it to everyone!

The Private Pain Clinic was excellent through and through. Had really positive treatments with a mix of traditional massage methods along with new tech that was something that I wasn’t expecting!! Stephanie is great she’s a real asset to the Private Pain Clinic and she is very knowledgeable and a really nice person too! Overall I would highly recommend anyone to come here and I will be booking myself in for more treatments!!

Will is the best physiotherapist I have ever used.I had been suffering with ankle pain for the last 10 years as I have Osteochondritis dissecans in my ankle. Following surgery to clear up the damaged area, I decided to trust Will with my recovery. When I went to the clinic 6 weeks post surgery I was on crutches with no muscle left in my left leg and my ankle joint had seized up completely. I felt like I had no way of recovering. After 6 weeks (weekly sessions) I can now walk without crutches, my range of motion is back to normal in my ankle and all of my muscle has come back.In my sessions he used the amazing PEMF and Indiba machines, in addition to deep tissue massage to activate and get blood flow to my muscles that I couldn’t work myself. He explained everything in great detail which made me feel relaxed and he gave me a variety of exercises to do at home.Will is the most knowledgeable, patient, and kind person I have used out of several physiotherapists in Bedfordshire and I’ll never use anyone else in the future.Thanks again Will!

I was suffering with a very painful shoulder together with pain shooting down my right arm constantly, and I had pins and needles in my hand and a few fingers. I had trouble sleeping and couldn't drive.I noticed an improvement after each session.After 6 sessions I can sit, lay and stand in almost any position without getting the symptoms. I probably trap the nerve slightly 4 or 5 times a day as opposed to 24/7 previously.So, yes, the treatment is very effective and Steph is an amazing therapist.She is very knowledgeable and professional, yet still friendly and welcoming.I need to return once a month to keep on top of it for a while.I can't recommend the treatment and Steph highly enough.Thank you

The massages were amazing! Stephanie was incredible at talking through what she was going to do, what place you wanted to focus on and made you feel comfortable. The massage was very nice and really helped my shoulder pain, definitely recommend!

I booked in for a sports massage on my neck and shoulders with Stephanie and it was absolutely great. She managed to work through the knots in my shoulders which had been causing me quite a bit of pain, and she was very knowledgable. I felt relief straight away and will definitely be going back again.

The therapist were able to talk through the issues with pain that you are having to deal with, to enable themselves to assess where the pain may be based. The treatment is carried out very carefully, where you are able to discuss how the treatment may be working to enable the them to alleviate the pain further.I thoroughly enjoyed the sessions in which I was able to attend which allowed both therapist and patient to work towards solving the issues.

First of all, it was a privilege to meet Steph. She is so kind & welcoming, and makes you feel very comfortable from the start. The treatment that I received from Steph (indiber) really helped with the neck pain that I get from sitting at a desk all day, and also the shoulder pain that I have had every since a car crash 2 years ago. I left every appointment feeling relaxed and relieved and will definitely be returning. Cant recommend The Private Pain Clinic enough!

My experience at The Private Pain clinic was amazing. Steph was extremely professional, and she confidently explained the whole treatment clearly. I had had a rotator cuff injury for sometime, physio had relieved it to a certain extent but I still had pain and limited movement. The heat treatment really worked I now have full pain-free movement after one session! I am back at zumba and playing golf. I cannot praise the Pain Clinic enough, I would definitely recommend the Clinic, infact I have already told my friends about my experience.
