My elderly mum really loves her new chair & the service was friendly & professional & great value for money too.

I’ve used this company more than once for repairs and services for my mobility scooter. The staff are friendly and helpful and happy to talk you through each stage, no pressure to spend more money than is needed even when yodelling could have been easy. I wouldn’t have any qualms using them again or indeed recommending them to others who might need independent, honest, decent mobility assistance! Thanks Darren you were fab!!

Darren was a friendly helpful and polite gentleman . Returned my call quickly and efficiently. Was shown the best way to lift the wheelchair into my boot. Explained the difference in the two wheelchairs and made sure we understand everything and had no questions left to ask. If I need anything again this would be the first company I contacted. Would highly recommend this company.

He went the extra mile for us to source a wheelchair at very short notice, making the whole experience really enjoyable with his experience and understanding of our situation. His prices were also extremely reasonable. He has facilitated a major step forward in my friend’s recovery from a stroke, for which we are deeply grateful.

We needed a powered reclining chair at short notice for our elderly mother who is in palliative care. We searched on the 'Web' for a local supplier. BLR came up a suitable supplier in Northampton. The signboard pointing their premises was initially hidden on our arrival but we are so pleased we found it. Went in and made ourselves known to Darran.He sat us down and discussed Mothers needs, then took around his working stock and gave us some prices. He could supply a chair from his demo stock that day, he could deliver but later in the day but also the chair fitted inside our car. Price very reasonable for the quality.Darran briefed us on how the chair was Dis & Re-assembled, how to locate away from walls and how to use all the functions.Later in the day Darran rang us to check that the chair was working to everyones satisfaction and did we have any other issues.Brilliant service!

Called BLR MOBILITY yesterday they came out to me within the hour had a look at mobility scooter he reckoned it could be the brushes but didn’t have any on the van he took it away and messaged me this morning saying it was fixed I would highly recommend them and reasonably priced aswell
