Many thanks to the whole team at Phoenix Electrical in Thame. Last week my washing machine blew up half way through a cycle. I rang Phoenix and within an hour a new machine had been delivered, old machine removed, (along with my laundry thankfully), and a while later the new washing machine was up and running. Thank you. We in Thame are so lucky to have this gem of a shop on our doorsteps!!

Thank your very much to the team at Phoenix for their absolutely brilliant service. Initial phone call to ask about availability (they even asked for model number of old machine to check what they had would fit) to delivery, installation and taking away old machine only took a few days. Could not have been any easier so definitely recommend Phoenix!
