Delicious fine Indian food. Excellent friendly staff who are always welcoming and happy to answer any questions. The food is a mix of traditional dishes and more authentic specially dishes. Care is taken in making everything from scratch. Samosas are a absolutely delicious with a proper samosa pastry.

I’ve been a customer at Zari’s for the past 7 years and have always experienced warm, friendly service and great food. My ‘go-to’ dish is the non-veg thali as it offers a selection of all of my favourite dishes.Priced reasonably with a good selection of premium alcoholic drinks, I recommend to anyone looking for a high quality Indian tasting experience

I arrived somewhat late on a Tuesday (after 9pm), but this restaurant were still more than happy to serve me food. Food was delicious, and the staff were very accommodating and friendly. The cotton table cloths and napkins were a quality touch, and I was not even rushed to finish my drinks after my meal. Also what’s interesting to note is the other places nearby typically stop serving food before 9pm, but not this restaurant. I do recommend this place, and I don’t think you will be disappointed. Very reasonably priced also. I look forward to dining here again.

We ordered a takeaway and were so disappointed by the unrealistically small starters. We paid £6.50 for 4 tiny pieces of chicken (65) and £6.50 for 4 greasy prawns in breadcrumbs. My passanda contained chicken pieces that had the texture of raw meat and I couldn't bring myself to eat it, the Pasanda sauce was fairly spicy for a very mild dish and the peshwari nann simply crumbled as I tried to tear it. My husband had the Chilli chicken masala and was also disappointed by the very odd texture of the chicken.The meal was very expensive for 2 people and we will certainly never be ordering from here again.

Atmospheric Indian restaurant with a huge and authentic Indian menu. Service was average to good- Had to chase for extra drinks. Food course cold and undercooked but once returned with a new course was good. Overall a stylish, pleasantly staffed operation but needs to sharpen their customer service and monitor food output

We were genuinely and happily stunned to enjoy this gem of a restaurant. First class fine dining, in Indian food. The food really is exceptional, beautiful, original and delicious (with a good vegan menu available). The service was second to none, attentive, polite, informative and friendly. The atmosphere and decor was soothing, quiet and done well. Our only surprise was that it wasn't already jam packed!DEFINITELY recommended, a rare treat.Notes; Spiced crab starter was sublime. Fig and coriander naan was pure genius. Lemon and mustard seed rice was perfection. Lamb shank was a spicy gastronomic delight. My vegan dining partner was also very happy with their choices too.

Our meal was wonderful, the menu's spice rating was very accurate and our curries were well balanced. Everything tasted very fresh. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Glad we left Gatwick during our lay over to try it out.

What a lovely restaurant.The food is different, tasty and great value for money. The lager nice and cold.The atmosphere is warm, welcoming and really cosy. The attention to detail is fantastic and the place itself is beautifully clean.We were served by Sam who was professional, knowledgeable and attentive.We will definitely be returning when next in Crawley.
