You use to be able to walk parts of it but now overgrown or blocked by council for safety this is the end nearer to town which is signposted for tourism.

The river Hull divides the city of Kingston-upon-Hull in half. For walks or cycling it's a fascinating river to walk along. Running from the river Humber all the way up to Driffield. There is something for everyone fascinating industrial buildings on the parts you can walk along in the city to beautiful country views as you walk towards Beverley and beyond. For anyone interested in bridges and Bridge architecture. There are a lot of unusual Bridges to see. Drypool lifting Bridge painted with Venn diagrams after Charles venn who was born and lived nearby. Is one of three of that type in the city boundary, a quite rare type in the country.

I love to take the dog along the river bank especially at sunset when you see some of the most amazing sunsets.

Find the exit of the river Hull by the Deep, or get a grand view from one of the multi storey buildings. It's an iconic brown river.
