Made very welcome. Good explanation of the chair. Carol didn’t rush me even though I needed the chair that day. Highly recommend.

My father needed a mobility scooter, and Clearwell was our first stop. The staff were super helpful and patient, giving really good practical advice and making every effort to ensure we had the right product for my father's circumstances. Needed a light, transportable scooter for my wife. The two Karen's in the Chichester store were very helpful, explained and demonstrated a couple of models and then put us in touch with their Motability scheme handler, Sally. She was brilliant - very efficient and empathetic. Howard (the Assessor) was also so easy to deal with, giving us plenty of time to understand the chosen model and practice getting it in/out of the car. Our application was expedited and the scooter delivered only 5 days from our first enquiry. The Motability scheme is very straightforward and hassle-free.At a stressful time, I can't praise the combined team more highly in making life easy for us. Thank you :-)

Took my elderly parents to look at wheelchairs, such a warm and cheerful welcome. Both ladies who worked there are very knowledgeable and very friendly. They put my parents at ease straight away. My mum who is partially sighted and has alzhiemers was frightened and very nervous, Carole who served us was so gentle and kind to her, and at the same time she also put my dad at ease. No mean feat!! (who likes to chat and joke to the ladies especially when he is nervous) with her manner. After deciding which wheelchair they wanted, my dad looked at the reclining chairs. Again Carole was extremely knowledgeable about which chair would suit them individually, as they have different aches and pains, pointing out sizes of the chair and how important it was to get the right fit (my mum is tiny, my dad isn't!!) My dad was extremely impressed with them and the quality of the chairs.He purchased 2 recliners and a wheelchair. Thank you to you both, We even had coffee made for us by Karen, who was also kind and lovely...Two very professional ladies who I hope are valued enormously by the company, and deserve a pay rise as I am one very ecstatically happy daughter and have two very happy parents who are looking forward to adventures with the new found freedom of a wheelchair for mum and the comfort and help the chairs will give them. I'm having a replacement hip and went in for some bed and chair raisers. I found the staff really helpful and friendly. I purchased both bed and chair raisers and both products are perfect for my needs. I can highly recommend Clearwell Mobility.

My wife bought a mobility scooter a few weeks ago and would like to say that Carole who served us made the purchase an enjoyable experience. Her knowledge ensured my wife got the right scooter for her needs.The service road at the back of the shop was great to try out the scooter before buying to make sure it was right for her. It was delivered to our home a week or so after the purchase which was helpful. Lovely scooter and wish she had got it much sooner but can now get out and about with our Yorkshire Terrier.

Carole was Really helpful today sorting out our needs so that we got the correct chairs and colour.
