Both myself and my kids use Kairos the instruction is fantastic and you will learn how to defend yourself in real life aplicable situations. Kairos is a fantastic place to be the team is friendly and welcoming and from all walks of life. As for the kids classes in the short time my kids have been learning the confidence in them has grown so much it's a pleasure to see.
