I had an outstanding experience at Lexus Hatfield, Dale Morton from the Service Department. His extensive knowledge and willingness to address all my questions demonstrated his commitment to customer satisfaction. Thanks to Dale, my time at Lexus Hatfield was nothing short of exceptional.

Just had my IS300h serviced at Lexus Hatfield. Received the usual excellent customer service from Dale and his colleagues. I chose to wait at the showroom which is pleasant with amply refreshment, although the coffee making machine looks well used and could do with a replacement. Dale is friendly and professional at all times, and kept me informed of progress. I have always said I made the right choice in getting a Lexus. Part of the reason was the reputation of their dealership. And they keep proving me right.

Delighted with the exceptional service I received from Lexus Hatfield today following an attempted theft of my vehicle overnight. The first I knew of the issue was an error message when I started the car in the morning and after a quick call to Stuart at Lexus Hatfield was told to bring the car in straight away, despite the fact that their sevice dept was fully booked. On arrival Jenny on reception was courteous and efficient, and almost immediately Senior Service Advisor Dale Morton had examined the car, diagnosed the problem and taken the car round to the workshop. After a short wait the car was returned in full working order. Quite frankly the efficiency, competence and friendliness of the Service team was outstanding, great job and thank you.

My dashboard advised me to attend my dealer ASAP. I called and spoke to Stuart Smith & although the service team were very busy he told me to visit and managed to slot me in. He was as good as his word & the problem was duly fixed. Stuart Smith was prompt and friendly and kept me informed regularly.
