Thoroughly recommend the RVC Queen Mother, they saved my darling little boy after my vet wanted to PTS as they said he probably had cancer of the kidneys and liver. He was an inpatient for 3 weeks. I wasn't allowed to visit but the lovely staff rang me twice a day with updates. He has Type 1 diabetes and Pancreatitis.A year later and I still have my furbaby who's running around and playing with my other 2 rescues.Everyone there was caring, efficient.

Our Ozzy had two operations on both his cruciate ligaments (plates and screws) Within 8 weeks of each other! He has made remarkable progress.I can not thank the surgeons and all the vets and staff members enough that were involved. The wounds were so neat, did not weep or appear to have much swelling. Thank you so much.

My dog Shamus had a hip replacement in his right hip. This was conducted by Rebekah Knight and her team. I could not have been more impressed with the professionalism, the care Shamus received and the support we got. They treated Shamus like gold, and we were supported every step of the way.The level of expertise was second to none, and I really felt they did everything possible to give full care to Shamus while he was in their care.I am so grateful to Rebekah, her team and the wonderful kennel staff. ♥️

We have had amazing care and treatment from Erin Brennan and her team. Everything has been explained thoroughly and we cannot recommend this amazing hospital and the work they all do. We are so grateful to the whole team.

We had a fantastic experience with the RBV and our dog. She had to have lots of tests, MRI, lumbar puncture. RVC were cheaper than most places by almost half and the care was exceptional. The vet students and senior staff all are caring and have excellent knowledge. I appreciated the senior vet, Daniel Ryan, taking time to call us in the evening to update us on her progress and keeping the door open for future conversations if we need to. Very grateful to the entire team. From first call to reception to leaving, all staff were kind and supportive.

Had a minor emergency with my cat on the bank holiday when my usual vet was closed. Very impressed with the clinic and staff. Everyone was very kind and the vet was very thorough and explained everything clearly. Also felt the fees were very reasonable for the excellent care my cat received. Thank you!

I have 2 small dogs , one of them was admitted for some interventions and I have decided to walk around the other one . I saw the RVC restaurant and I have decided to takeaway something to eat , I haven’t eaten anything all day ! I hold my little one in my arms and went inside, the lady serving the food told me in a very rude way to take my dog out because “ dogs “ are not allowed inside ! I was shocked by the way she spoke to me .I looked around and thinking I am in pet campus , here should be about pets , the care and love for them not to be told in such a rude way to take my little one out ! And now my question is what the students are learning in there ? That our dogs shouldn’t be allowed in public spaces because they are dirty ? I felt so upset and embarrassed especially that lots of students were looking at me and my little one ! At least the lady where you have to pay asked me if I am alright and she told me there is costa nearby and I can take my dog inside .this is just not alright , in a campus where is all about pets to be told to take my dog out it’s disgusting , and the lady serving the food definitely shouldn’t work in a pet campus , clearly she doesn’t love animals by the way she told me to take my dog out !

We brought in our 10-month old kitten after she came down with suspected FIP. She received an extraordinary level of care and attention and we were confident that the staff did their very best to save her. I heard about RVC's attempts to save a tiger cub from London Zoo recently, and it moved me to think that they seemed to fight similarly hard for our little kitten. They have exceptional expertise, they were good at estimating costs in advance of carrying out procedures, they were very thorough, and they were well informed when it came to the latest research and treatments for our kitten's condition. It did help that we had good pet insurance. It might've been more stressful if we hadn't been confident that a large part of the fees would be covered. But if, one way or another, you can afford the services of this animal hospital, in my view you can be confident that they will do their very best for your pet, and that they're one of the most highly qualified veterinary organisations in the London area, and probably in the whole country.
