I phoned Simon (Cambridgeshire Computers) as I had no idea how to download my CCTV footage from my laptop onto a SanDisk, Simon answered my distress call almost straight away and came out to my house the very next day, a lovelier man you could not meet, so polite and intelligent, Simon was not familiar with my CCTV system but he got to work straight away and in just over an hour he had it cracked, all downloaded, not only onto 2 SanDisk but also onto my desktop.
