Helpful with the diagnoses of a faulty (brand new) motherboard. Friendly, rapid service. Despite being rather knowledgeable myself I won't hesitate to use them in case of issues I'm struggling with myself

Due to lock down restrictions needed help for relative to be able to reset his tablet so that he could join in video conversations and let him see see his great granddaughter . Staff were helpful in understanding the need, rassurng about covid precaustions when collecting tablet and checking that relative was able to operate new buttons on tablet to access video etc. Saw he had some difficulty with flicking icons on screen so provided a stylus type pen to help him. GreatPS like me you may drive along Newport Road but never realise the shop is there on the left hand side if travelling towards the motorway.. They provide a 'mobile service' for pcs and tablets.

I can’t recommend Gav of Newport Computers highly enough. His determination to help you is unwavering.The poor man has dealt with 4 days of me messaging him almost constantly whilst he has tried everything possible to fix my Mac... after we’ve decided I’ve been sold a duff (and refusing to take a penny from me because of his “no fix no fee” policy), he is going to return it to the eBay seller for me, which has helped my stress levels (!) so much after finding myself £500 out of pocket with a dead Macbook.He’s patient, understanding, friendly and professional and I massively recommend you let him help you with any tech problems.
