Trustworthy and honest are two traits you always want to see when buying a second hand car, and that’s exactly the words I’d use to describe Sam and the team at JST. My experience from the very start was smooth and communication was without fault. The car itself is fantastic and wants for nothing, mostly down to the fact that JST were all too happy to rectify any minor issues I had on negotiation and delivered the car with a fresh MOT and service. This is the first time I have bought a car online so I was a little on edge with the process. The team at JST made the process easy and the delivery happened when it was meant to. Unfortunately my car suffered a mechanical breakdown one day after work. An hour later (6:30 pm) I had spoken to Josh and we agreed to do a diagnosis at a local garage. Once the cars' issue has been diagnosed as potentially serious JST arranged a quick collection, diagnosis and repair of my car. I had only had it 6 weeks so I wasn't happy. I was happy however with the professional and thorough job JST did fixing and returning my car, personally no less, once it was repaired. 175 miles each way there and back twice! Regular updates and pics to provide info and confidence really helped too.I'll always be grateful to the team at JST and would happily recommend them to anyone.

Van sale. Money was paid straight into my account within 10 minutes of viewing vehicle. Samual was very thorough and professional. I Left some very important paper work in van whilst clearing out. So Phoned Samual to explain and he put them straight in the post via recorded delivery the next day. (Received) Very trust worthy buyer 10/10

Bought a Seat Ibiza from Josh & Sam. Best customer service I've had when buying a car! There was a tiny mishap during the car viewing but both were professional and put me at ease. Sam kindly collected me and dropped me off to the train station and will be delivering the car to my home in Birmingham. With a 3 month peace of mind warranty you can't go wrong. 10/10 would recommend, happy customer! Only wish them the best in their business :)
