Anne is an exceptionally dedicated, professional and helpful tutor. Her obvious passion for the subject is evident in her vast knowledge of the various exam board requirements and her teaching style, where she closely adapts to the needs of each student so as to maximise their potential. Anne goes above and beyond to make sure that any areas in need of improvement are mastered, whilst also making the lessons enjoyable. Above all, Anne's commitment and encouragement of each student allows them to make necessary improvements very quickly, and I can personally assert that Anne has given me more help and support than my private school French teachers. Anne is a fantastic tutor - we have been having lessons with her since September and are thoroughly enjoying them! Anne is very patient with us and makes the lessons fun and varied, and accommodates our busy schedules. Whilst we don't have exams to work towards and are doing this purely for our own enjoyment, Anne still brings focus and structure to the lessons, and we have so much fun learning not just the language but the cultural intricacies too! As an adult returning to French after leaving school 40 years ago I was pretty terrified but Ann has been friendly & encouraging. She tailors the learning exactly to suit my needs and is always willing to keep going over a topic until I have grasped it before moving on. Adult learner looking to get to a conversational level of French. I've been taking weekly lessons for a while and have improved dramatically. Lessons are fun but more importantly focused on my learning goals and needs. Anne is quick to identify areas in need of improvement and tailored lessons quickly follow.
