A really useful course in sourdough baking. Sure, you could find the information online, but there is no substitute for someone with experience and enthusiasm guiding you as you bake your first sourdough loaf. You'll leave with a finished loaf, plus dough for another to bake at home. Also you'll take home all you need, apart from flour and normal cooking utensils, to continue baking.Sourdough baking isn't difficult, and though it takes time, most of the time you are just leaving the dough to get on with it, so there isn't that much effort involved, and with Judith's guidance you are pretty much guaranteed to succeed. You won't want to go back to the average supermarket loaf!

Had a wonderful morning with Judith learning how to bake sourdough. Professional and informative but lots of fun and a very hands-on practical course. We love the bread we bake all the time now at home. Can't recommend enough. Superb.
