Excellent service from Mark in the sales office. Always very patient & knowledgeable when placing orders.Also fabulous service from our delivery driver Steve, a pleasure to deal with. Always ensures our deliveries are left with a neighbour if we are not around, & takes the time to message us to let us know where it has been left.

Love this company. Been using them for 15+ years and they’re always mega helpful and friendly. Have great stock and do loads for charity.Also I love how if I’m stuck for a random screw or thread it’s a quid in the charity pot and they will dig me a fix out

I have used Orbital Fasteners several times and the service has always been good. Their own delivery drivers are excellent, I must commend Alan who serves W7. I'm one of those annoying people with no door bell, instead just a post it note and my mobile number. He always calls it to tell me the delivery is there. Also, the speed of delivery is excellent. I order at 0600 and by midday the order will be there.Keep up the good work!Alexander

Always excellent service and friendly, knowledgeable staff. If I ever need the odd bolt or nut here and there they refuse to take money and instead ask me to put it in the charity box!

I am so impressed with this company, I had to write a review!They have a fantastic catalogue which is really helpful, on line very easy to use unlike others, tops larger companies like TS and SF which I know have loads of branches but delivery are good as well. In store the sales guys were very good and knowledgeable about the products and what I was buying wasn't straight forward, unbelievably patient and a great service.
