Been coming here for 13 years now. I can't stay away. Really friendly people and a great blend of the soft and hard aspects of martial arts. Heartily recommend

Great club to develop your fitness and learn and practise effective techniques. Fantastic instructors and a friendly environment.

What a lovely club. All the instructors are welcoming, patient and infinitely helpful.My 2 girls have been doing Kung Fu for years and they really enjoy it. For anyone who thinks it's about fighting and being aggressive, it's absolutely not. They've developed fitness and stamina, they've learned patience and respect... And this is all down to the ethos of the club.It's a wonderful environment to develop fitness and focus. I'm very thankful to Steve in particular for his part in this. He's a brilliant role model for everyone and children in particular.5 stars across the board.
