Had a good start. They seem professional, knowledgeable and polite. Unfortunately they completely mis-diagnosed the problem with my air con. When I submitted proof of their failure (detailed bill from another air con specialist) they didn't even bother to reply to my complaint. My suggestion: steer clear. And a warning to the management: any excuse or other silly answer or comments will be completely useless and hopeless. You had your chance and you blew it.

Seriously I’ve been using these guys for many many years. I don’t make a habit of breaking car radiators but when one needs attention these guys will fix it, if possible.Recommended.

We live on a narrowboat and the other morning whilst charging the batteries the engine started making hissing noises only to find a hose had burst in the cooling system. These guys were the only place that did the size needed which 35mm hose and 90 degree hose to fit. Absolutely great service. Thanks again
