Disillusioned with our previous SUV, and the poor service levels we were experiencing my wife and I decided to make a change. We were greeted by Jordan who listened to our requirements and agreed that a new KIA Sportage would suit our needs perfectly. We quickly had a test drive and Jordan kindly demonstrated all the key features of the car. Suffice to say 3 months later we have our new Sportage, and Jordan and his team have managed our expectations perfectly. They are very much in-line with current trends in paperless transactions which suits us. It is really nice to be dealing with a Car manufacturer who are so far ahead of the technology curve, and a Group who fully embrace in getting a deal done and looking after the client. I have been at Birchwood KIA today with my EV6 which was making some weird vibration sounds underneath the vehicle. I asked for a check and got that done immediately whilst having a coffee and a nice talk to some of the staff. After 20 minutes I got off with a fixed car and cover underneath.Everyone I met there was very helpful and friendly and coming in with a car without an appointment being treated in such a lovely manor was outstanding. Thanks to the team making my journey home to Germany quite more relaxed.
