Installations At Home

This is the second time I've used Installations At Home to install networking cables in my house to help reduce my reliance on using WiFi in the house.Both times they have been excellent, both in the pre-sales engagement and delivery. The work was neatly carried out in a very friendly manner.Would happily use them again.

I have been working in my garden room since the start of lockdown and even with extenders had struggled to get a consistent signal.I contacted Installations at Home after they were recommended to me by a work colleague. They came out to survey the job and I quickly received a quote which I felt was competitive.A date was arranged and they arrived on time, and completed the job quickly and efficiently. I have had issues with wi fi for years. Most of house was dead zone. This company fixed my issues within a few hours. Whole house now has excellent coverage. Highly recommend.

First class company, great installation, neat, tidy and in these COVID afflicted times were aware of the duties to protect their customers, wearing masks all the time. Would leave it there, but 5 weeks later after a number of storms the router was showing a loss of signal to one of the ports. I emailed Robert, he was knocking on the door the very next afternoon. Sorted the problem, having checked all connections (nothing to do with their work), Can’t recommend them enough.

I work from home and often have to upload and download very large file sizes, and having just moved house I knew I wanted to be fully wired to get the maximum speeds available to me by Virgin. I found Robert through google, and was immediately taken by how knowledgable and helpful he was. I'd imagined having to go under floorboards, and through walls to get where I needed which was making me quite worried, but Robert had a simple and perfect solution and now i have a cat6 wired office space, wired wifi in the loft conversion and a wired garden wifi access point that's allowed me to work in the garden if the weather's nice! Would definitely book again!

We were looking for a local company to install a small CAT6 Network and couldn't be more pleased with the install from beginning to end. Our initial phone call was answered quickly and a time arranged for an estimate within minutes. The person arrived to carryout the install on time and completed the installation quickly and efficiently and even cleaned up! Both visits were completed with the worker wearing a full face mask and gloves. We would recommend Installations At Home.

The work (provision of internet service to outbuilding) was excellent. The job was completed in August and some 10 weeks on we have had no problems whatsoever. Indeed, the connection is amazingly strong and fast. I happily recommend Installations at Home for similar work.

Top bloke. Did a fantastic job hardwiring my son's pc. For years he was getting roughly 20-30mbps download in his room using powerline adapters even though we were getting 380mbps downstairs. Now my son is chuffed and gets between 350-380 in his room. It's improved his gaming experience massively

The service was great the guys were friendly the price was extremely competitive and the speeds I have in the house now are fantastic.I've had a couple of teething issues, neither of which turned out to be the fault of Installations at Home, but they came back and sorted them anyway!Can't recommend them enough!Thanks guys
