Quality shop with outstanding customer service frim Linds and Justine paired with great knowledge. Went to see a bike and was the right one for me. Once decided, Linds checked it over and made sure it was 100% ready to ride, even put it in my car! Looked,paid and taken all on the same day! 10/10 and will definitely go back when I'm after another bike.

Linds and Justine are amazing! Their care, expertise and professionalism is of the highest order. When your choosing an elite bike, there are so many decisions from getting the right geometry, brand, spec etc. It's easy to gt lost or make the wrong choices. Linds carefully and thoughtfully guides you through the choices with real deep expertise, helping you make the best decision for you.Throughout the process there is lots of open communication. The bike preparation and set up is immaculate, and the pre- pickup briefing outstanding.Plus the team are interested not just in the sale but also supporting you along the way to make sure you are okay and if they can help.Finally, they do really fair pricing, in a clear and transparent way.If your thinking of making an investment in a stunning new bike, speak to them first, because they have a wide range of top brands and years of experience of setting up elite bikes.

I wanted a bike that fits me and is more comfortable.So I went in for a bike fitting with Linds, after the bike fitting, Linds said they could adjust my bike to fit the new position. Which felt so much better.(No hard sell of the great bikes on show).I had gone in with an amount to spend on a new bike, so I looked around the many great bikes on show, and was advised which bikes best suit my cycling position.After choosing my bike and picking it up this weekend, I can honestly say that I have the best bike ever for me!The complete experience with Linds, Justine and Jimmy was flawless.Highly recommended cycle shop that cares like we should for our bikes

This place is amazing, I was after purchasing a new bike and Linds made the whole experience extremely easy. Before purchasing the bike I was put on a bike fitting jig to make sure the bike I was purchasing will fit me after that Linds went through all the options with me and the order was placed. Linds kept me in the loop in regards the to delivery and once the order had arrived at the shop it was built within a day or so. Upon collection I could see the level of care that was taken in building the bike up, before walking away with the bike Linds took me through all the details on the bike. These guys are honest and fair, I wont be purhcasing a bike from anywhere else. Thank you Linds, Justine and James!

I wasn't sure if I wanted a new bike when walking in and 3 months later I'm on an unbelievably amazing bike. Linds and Justine have amazing knowledge and make it a very enjoyable (albeit quite expensive due to the amazing bikes they sell) experience. Can't recommended Gorilla highly enough.

Fantastic service from beginning to end. The guys were super patient and friendly and they answered all my questions no mate how daft they were. I was given insightful and impartial comments that allowed me to make my own decisions but I had the benefit of their experience. The build quality is second to none and to say that I am pleased with my bike is an understatement. Thanks guys, keep up the great work
