Great Lexus dealer. I've bought my Lexus here almost 5 years ago, had a regular service and MOT here - everything is great. Service is always top notch, quality is good. Never had unexpected issues with my car.

Ask for Jermaine Heron, he is the best! He is amazing and makes the process really smooth. He goes above and beyond for his customers and tries to help as much as possible. Great service and they know their stuff. Also should thank Chan the gentleman who works at the front desk really helpful.

I will never order another Lexus company car ever again. BMW and Ford have both been amazing to deal with over the years. Flawless process, hence my first Japanese experience has turned into a nightmare! They sold my first car I ordered to someone else months ago! I’ve know been waiting 2 months for a replacement car which has been allegedly sitting in their stock pile up north! Apparently the have run out of charging leads! You couldn’t make this nonsense up. I bought a brand new BMW X1 last year and had an amazing experience, along with the numerous lease cars over the years. I have not heard a peep from this dealership in 14 months. Absolutely the worst manufacturer for customer service by far that I’ve had the miss pleasures to order from. The lease company will be using this as a case study and quite frankly I would rather pull the order, however 14 months down the line the current lease BMW is now overdue to go back. I have two Japanese Yamaha motorcycles, amazing customer service buying new bikes from them, hence I assumed Lexus would be a safe bet!

I recently purchased a Lexus, and the entire experience was exceptional. It all began with a visit to the showroom, where I was captivated by the impressive lineup, including the ES and the aspirational RCF (which I hope to own someday). My attention eventually turned to the Lexus UX250h, a perfect fit for my small family.Meeting Afzal, my dedicated customer consultant, was a pleasant surprise. He introduced me to the car, providing detailed explanations. To top it off, I was treated to snacks and drinks in the office, which was unexpected but greatly appreciated.The entire process, from placing the order to finally picking up my car, took a couple of months. However, I received regular updates on the expected delivery date, making the wait easier to bear. When the day finally arrived to drive my new Lexus home, I couldn't have been happier.The level of service I received reaffirmed Lexus's reputation for reliability. I'm already looking forward to adding more Lexus vehicles to my collection in the future.

Part exchanged my RXL for a newer model RXL. Found the one I wanted and although I had to drive from Kent it was worth it. The staff at the showroom were so helpful to my husband and I and our two dogs. Joe Jawanda our Sales Manager was brilliant and made the whole process very easy and fun. I now have my new car and I am very happy with the whole experience.

Afzal is the one person you should ask for when looking to purchase a car!!! He is genuine , honest and really goes out of his to make you feel looked after!I had a really sour experience with another branch to the point where I had cancelled my order with them completely and started fresh with Lexus Edgware based .All I can say is I wish I started with them in the first place.From start to finish Afzal was absolutely amazing when helping me choose my car.He provided me with everything I needed to know and made me feel at ease before making my purchase , especially after losing my confidence in Lexus due to another branch .Thank you so much to everyone at Lexus Edgware Road for making my experience an enjoyable one and turning everything around for me!
