cinch Car Collection - Reading Whitley

So sad to seei about the Cinch Company so the staff is unwilling to take good care about the customer doesn’t know what to do with some document after I was sending them for one Skoda Superb which I find on there site all the goods things I ask my finance company to sending me a SETTLEMENT LETTER for about 12 times to show to them how much is it and every time is was send me back a email and is seei is not good the Settlement letter and after again,again,again and further one and still nothing but surprise when I was applying for another Skoda superb Sportline Jesus Christ I was approved and for this one a big NO …..So my opinion don’t choose them because is unprofessional and doesn’t know what is a document from the Finance company only Avoid and choose another one

Delivered a car from this hub that broke down on route to delivery. No way they should have allowed the delivery to go ahead, cut to over 3 weeks of hassle trying to get it returned and finance cleared before being able to purchase from somewhere else. Huge expense and being carless for weeks as they drive off your part ex and you cant get it back even if the junk they delivered is reported as garbage the same day and you plead to know where the old car is to swap it back over.
