Booked for lunch for 2. We arrived early and the restaurant was full. We decided to sit on the terrace as it wasn’t raining. The manager put the heater on and we decided to have drinks and our meal outside. Great food, service. The atmosphere was perfect as it was quiet outside sitting by the river. Toilets have been refurbished too.

I originally posted a very critical review here as I used to love this place but recently I was disappointed especially by the eggs royale. I went back and had excellent veggie breakfast served quickly by a team of very friendly waiters. Happy to recommend again

What a fabulous afternoon! Freshly refurbished with a new, softer acoustic atmosphere. The plants absorb more of the ricochet sounds that made it difficult to cope with before. Food, absolutely delicious. Crab cakes and chicken liver parfait are superb. Confit pork belly and sirloin steak really hit the spot. It’s rare that steak is cooked medium rare to perfection, my husband always sends the first one back but not this time! Fantastic. Oh, the cheese board! Absolutely heavenly and thoroughly enjoyed with a sommelier chosen wine at the bar! I’d like to thoroughly thank Goran and Ciro at the bar, your alcohol knowledge is primo. Jake, thank you for finding us the perfect table, providing Niamh to serve us and ultimately being our source of assurance that our afternoon with the father-in-law was as enjoyable as possible. Hats off new team Côte!

Went out with work colleagues recently. All of us were so impressed with all our dishes and the service was very good too. My manager has gluten intolerance and was happy with the extensive menu available for her.It was super busy that evening, so it was a little bit extra noisy. However, I'd definitely return to this restaurant again.

We were staying several nights at Kingston upon the Thames and walked along the riverfront one evening looking for someone to have dinner and decided to give Cote a try.It was early dinner, and not too busy. We choose an outside patio table as the weather was decent and had a nice view of the river and people walking by.Our server was fairly new, but did his best to take care of us, sometimes asking for help from others when he was not sure. Overall the service was quite good.We had french onion soup and capers for appetizer. Both tasty and served promptly. For mains we had the Chicken and Salmon, both quite delicious. For dessert the creme brulee and berries with ice cream.Towards the end it was getting quite busy, so I'm glad we went early. Overall a very enjoyable and relaxing meal and good value. Definitely recommend it.

I always have a pleasant experience at Côte, and my allergies are always taken seriously, which I really appreciate. The atmosphere is always lovely too and the staff are warm and welcoming. You get exactly what you pay for as the food tastes great.
