Chose them because they seem like real artists. I was right. 60, my first tattoo to prove I'm still alive and kicking. Everyone was lovely and accommodating. Really really pleased with the design advice, the implementation and the final result. Thank you so much!

My favourite tattoo studio!I’ve had several tattoos at Rivergate, all tattooists here are professional and welcoming. They listen to what you want, make suggestions and the finished tattoos are beautiful.Would 100% recommend and I will be back!

Just got my first tattoo done and was visibly nervous when I arrived. Emma was my tattooist and very quickly put my fears at ease. From showing me the stencil of the design I wanted; to sitting me down in the extremely clean chair and talking to me throughout the experience; she was patient and brilliant. The ambient conversations from the other staff members was topical and progressive; definitely my speed.If you’re looking for a friendly set of pros to apply your art for you bring yourself to Rivergate Tattoos on Cheapside, Luton.

On every single occasion I have ever tried to phone then - morning, afternoon, late afternoon, weekends - they never pick the phone up. I'm not really prepared to traipse to their studio to ask a simple question that I could have asked over a phone they will not pick up.So - I'm going elsewhere.Why have a phone number?Why have a phone?

Great team and great service. The artists are all competent and the space is always clean and welcoming (makes it more pleasant to get stabbed thousands of times per session!)

I’ve had so many compliments on my legs! Ever since Dunkan did my fish it’s all everyone has spoken about all summer! The shops so cute and all the staff are super nice, the shops clean and have a really friendly cosy vibe, can’t wait for my next tattoo

Came in to get my daughter's ears pierced, waited 30 mins and wasn't even acknowledged, we left and went to adrenaline instead, much better customer service.

Got already few tattoos done in this studio and the result has always been perfect.Lovely atmosphere, the gothic vibe is always a pro! Stuff kind and very helpful, especially the manager of the store.Definitely recommend will go back for more!Can't wait to try the piercing too!
