The quality of their work is simply suburb and highly professional, onsite survey visits were pleasant and courteous with clear information and guidance to suit our needs. All correspondence and phone conversations were very clear and all technical information was interpreted in clear jargon to make what sometimes can be a very complicated process easy to understand. All documentations and drawing were submitted on our behalf on-time to the Council’s requirements, criteria and protocols, which in turn helped our planning application process run seamlessly and within the time scales set out by the Council.
