A very detailed and informative initial discussion with Tim resulting in a test drive of the car I was interested in. The attention to detail and their ethos of ‘putting the customer first’, is truly refreshing. Nothing is too much trouble. On taking delivery of my new car, time was spent making sure all was in order and I feel assured of ongoing excellent service from all at Lexus in Guildford. There are many other Companies who could learn a thing or two.

I received a warm welcome from all the staff I encountered at Lexus Guildford. Before booking in, the lovely lady on reception brought over a tea and biscuit for me. The waiting area was extremely comfortable allowing me to work on my laptop. I had the service details explained to me and the car looked shiny and new when it was returned! Thank you to the entire team.

From arranging the test drive, which took numerous calls requesting calls back, to turning up for the test drive and having to wait 25 minutes to be seen even though we had confirmed and agreed the time, to finally purchasing the car and the agreed items not being taken care of upon collection time and now having to liaise directly with the dent repair company to get the agreed items addressed, it has been a truly shocking level of customer service.I expect better when spending sums of money in this range.

Thank you to the Owner for your positive response. Since writing my review (below), I have booked a viewing session with a member of your sales team.I visited this dealership yesterday, expecting to find the cars I'd seen on the Lexus website. They may have been there, somewhere in the scores of cars they had on site. The majority of those had nothing hanging up inside to tell me their prices or give me more information about them. Add to that a lack of customer parking, and it made for a totally overwhelming experience that was a complete waste of my time.

Called in without an appointment to follow up a thought to change my 450h. Was welcomed and introduced to Timothy Cooper-Wren. After looking at some cars decided on a NX300h. A little older than I had envisaged, but considering my circumstances suited me well.Mr Cooper-Wren was extremely helpful and took time to understand fairly unique situation and smoothed the way for the transaction to move forward. I picked the car up a few days later serviced and with dash cams fitted.All good.

We received an excellent service from the time the car was ordered through to the collection of the vehicle. All of the various managers who handled the stages up to and including collection communicated clearly and comprehensively. The purchase of a hybrid vehicle is new to us and the functional changes were well explained, particularly at handover.
