A couple of weeks ago our electric roller shutter was stuck open,I tried several companies who offered an “Emergency call out” but they were going to be several days later, called this company, Dan was on his day off, but said he’d be there within the hour, it took him 1hr10 to get there, but he messaged to say he was running 10 mins late. He managed to close the door after spending nearly two hours. He said “no charge” and just said if I can have a chance of quoting for the work “great” and drove off. Well he got the job of fixing it, still did it cheaper than his quotation and was excellent from start to finish. His reward is, we won’t deal with anyone else now!

The motor burnt out on the roller shutter , I found welbeck shutters on google , he came out on the Monday 7.11.2022 got a quote and he was back today 11.11.2022 to replace and fit the new motor and its all sorted now . Well done welbeck shuttersLyndon Transport
