Spaces by Design

Spaces by Design undertook the renovation of our guest bedroom. Working from our requirements, they produced a design which was rendered graphically so that we could explore options. They showed great patience while we made up our minds. The resultant design was within our budget and we decided to proceed. Time was allowed for us to do the preparation of the room. The project began on time and proceeded with no significant issues, completing on time and on budget.The team were extremely easy and cheerful to work with and showed admirable perfectionism. I cannot fault our experience with them and we were delighted with the result.I consider that one could employ Spaces by Design with a high degree of confidence and I should certainly recommend them to anyone considering this type of undertaking.

Thank you Spaces !For some time I have been meaning to get a new kitchen, visiting several places and getting a few ideas, but I lacked the inspiration to actually do it.I contacted Marie at Spaces after a recommendation and knew after the first visit, i would get the kitchen done through Marie.Marie had great ideas on how we could best use our space, producing several designs, one in which was perfect for us. Spaces use great products which are of great quality.Marie always kept us updated with delivery times and responded to queries very quickly.We are very happy with our kitchen and still can’t believe we have it so nice. (We are now looking forward to having our bathrooms doing) .

We spoke with a number of different providers when designing the kitchen for our newly extended family space. None came close to the level of attention and service that Marie from Spaces provided. We are thrilled with the end result and couldn’t be more pleased to recommend anyone looking for a kitchen design to look no further.

Now the dust and noise has settled it’s a pleasure to walk into our wonderful new kitchen, there were times when we actually wondered if we had done the right thing – Debbie had no idea what we were going to experience!!Throughout the whole process there was a guiding light, very knowledgeable with a great eye for detail and always going that extra mile to ensure the result would impress, and impress it doesThank you Marie for your hard work and dedication to this project and we wish you continued success for the future

I popped into Spaces by Design “on a whim” when I happened to be in town (Stamford) to collect my Grandchildren from school and asked about budget costs to refresh my en-suite bathroom. I subsequently met with Andrew (one of the Directors) who visited my home, came up with a plan and subsequently submitted a quotation. It was more than I originally wanted to pay and I considered cost cutting options, but eventually “bit the bullet” and decided…”If it’s worth doing…….” I’m delighted that I did and I’m thrilled with the result. Throughout the project Andrew stayed “very close” to the contractors and any issues I had, he sorted them all and was excellent with the communication. Yes, I could have saved money by employing individual contractors, but it was WELL WORTH THE MONEY to have “peace of mind” and leave EVERYTHING to Andrew and his team. Before I committed to the contract I asked if a start date of November 6th would be possible, as that worked ideally with my diary and sure enough, they turned up “in force” 08.00 on the day to Rip Out. The work took slightly longer than estimated, as there were a few issues, but these were resolved promptly, efficiently and without fuss. I recommend, without hesitation Spaces by Design….if you have your bathroom “done” go for the underfloor heating option….it’s “HEAVEN” :- )

We went into Spaces by Design on a spur of the moment decision and cannot over emphasise how pleased we did. From the initial contact through all the stages of design and fitting Marie was friendly, professional and very attentive to every detail and we are delighted with finished result. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking for a more personalized, local experience using quality products as opposed to the usual national companies. We will be visiting Marie and Andrew for any future projects.

Complete bathroom design and installation, great job looks just like the initial design

Marie put in a lot of time and effort helping us to design the optimal layout for our new kitchen. The suppliers used seem to have provided high quality materials and the visit to the kitchen unit supplier's factory was particularly useful in ironing out the smaller details. The team that fitted the kitchen were professional and pleasant to have in our home. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Marie's services.

We Chose Spaces by Design for 2 reasons the first being they do the whole job from design through to completion and secondly I know that Andrew and Marie are very talented designers with an acute eye for detail. The design was agreed with my wife (it was her project) to the price parameters set and the team came in and did the work professionally and capably and we have a fabulous new bathroom. All in all a relatively painless exercise very well carried out.

We had our new kitchen installed in March this year after 9 months plus of us deliberating, changing our mind, and redeliberating! Even during installation (sorry Andrew)!Andrew was infinitely patient throughout and guided us through the process with great advice and ideas. The end result being a kitchen design which works perfectly for us, with the installation having been led, in meticulous detail, by Nathan.We can’t thank Andrew, Nathan and team enough and we’ll be in touch soon enough for our next project, the bathroom.
