I started going to Amritah's Tai Chi classes in Bracknell and thoroughly enjoyed. Amritah is a first class teacher and I always enjoy the classes.Now, due to Covid, we are all doing online classes via Zoom.Mon to Fri with different times available, so you are sure to find a suitable time to join in. Excellent value for money too. The zoom classes have worked really well and you still feel you are getting the attention to detail that you need and endless patience from Amritah.I never thought that I would take to Tai Chi, but I really do feel good after the class. Being able to do more than once a week is great, I could only do one a week when it involved a rather long drive.Admiration for what Amritah has managed to achieve during lockdown, I am sure it has helped us all stay sane. :)

Amritah is an amazing teacher and warm/caring person.The virtual classes are high quality

Amritah clearly was destined to not just excel in tai-chi herself but to teach it to others. She adapts the moves for individual abilities yet manages to keep the class working together like a team. And as an extra plus, the classes have helped with my lower back pain.
