Ali was very professional in this field. I'm glad I pop up to his shop today. He made my 6 yrs toshiba laptop way way better than brand new. Very satisfy with his service. This is really 5 star guy know how to fix your laptop. Give a try for sure you will not regret.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS REPAIR SHOP! Ali is very talented, knowledgeable and trustworthy. He repaired my laptop in a couple of days and did his best to minimise the cost. He pays attention to detail, is very passionate about his job and also very nice as a person. Always ready to help. I’m more than satisfied of the service!

Simply excellent. We took our damaged iMac to Ali as it would not turn on and were unsure of the cause. Ali went above and beyond doing a free diagnostic to find the problem whilst keeping us well informed throughout the process.In the end the computer was written off but we did a great trade in directly with Ali which we didn’t feel pressured to make. 10/10 would recommend.

Excellent customer service from Ali - he really cares about helping you out and fixing your problem for a good price. He is very trustworthy, and you can just tell he isn't going to rip you off. He fixed my Mac on the same day I took it in, and was very friendly! Highly recommend!!!!

Incredible service. My MacBook Air became water logged with a flooded container it was in. Submerged for 30 mins. Ali received my dying laptop across London by taxi and spent all day repairing it, upgrading and replacing old damaged parts for new. All at the budget I could afford regardless of Ali spending hours extra ( all day) and replacing the parts. He even offered to drive it to my home address at the end of the day. Absolutely kind and honest man. And a gifted computer expert.

Quick, professional and straight forward. I was kept informed along the way of fixing my Mac book Pro with images and updates. They didn't take the opportunity to charge me more when it was not needed. You saved my Mac, i was just about to get rid of it and you were my last try to salvage it, now it is running beautifully. Thank you.

This shop and the gentleman who runs it- is not only professional and honest but also very friendly and helpful! You feel welcomed from the moment you come in and on couple occasions already, I have always received great customer service and professional advice. Not to mention prices are very attractive! Definitely recommend for local MAC users as well as other laptop brands!!!

Great experience at Mac Pc. Ali was so kind and professional and helped me sort out my laptop screen quickly and efficiently.
