Adam is my absolute HERO. I literally lost all my emails and work from the last 11 years. When i say vanished all my folders were empty. Very stressful but after 3 hours of detective work he restored everything and Im so relieved and thankful to his calm and patient manner. Highly recommend. Reasonably priced and quick to return telephone calls. Excellent customer service. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Adam was a lifesaver when my MacBook died. There was no way to power up the machine and I tried everything I could to get it started, but with no luck. Adam found the problem and at the same time downloaded it's internal hard drive so that all my files were safe. Great service and highly recommended.

I always us Coastal Computers for all my PC problems and installations. Adam always responds very quickly and whether it's a home visit or using Team Viewer to take over my PC remotely, Adam always solves the problem confidently, leaving me a completely satisfied customer. He was able to set up a VMWare Workstation for me for using old Lotus 123 software I have that is 32 bit and so won't load on up to date 64 bit systems. It's fantastic and so is Adam! I highly recommend Coastal Computers.
