I Would really like to recommend this Building Company,They have done many projects for me including house extension, loft conversions and house refurbishments. Made them all to a very high Standard. Highly recommended !

Avoid this builders like a plague.

We wanted a full re-model of our 3 storey townhouse which included an extension, moving kitchens and bathrooms, knocking rooms together and creating new rooms; we had delayed doing the work as we were so nervous about undertaking large scale building work. We met a number of prospective builders but I knew as soon as I met LBS we wanted them to undertake the project. The team were professional, thorough, courteous, kept a tidy building site. Consulted with us on all the big and small detail and finished ahead of time to get us back home for Christmas. The team is highly skilled and the finish is exceptional. We thank them for all the hard work and long hours they put in pre Christmas and for giving us such a beautiful home. It appears there have been some negative reviews in the past but we had an extremely positive experience and would highly recommend.

London Building Services and its director Olegas Golubovas are reported to trading standards. They are also removed from Rated people, Check a trade and Mybuilders websites. They took money from a client and disappeared without finishing the building works leaving the young family without a house for 6 months.London Building Services also has a CCJ against them to pay a claimant few thousands pounds and bailiffs are at their back.Please be aware of these builders as they come to you in different names, take your money and leave you homeless. Their workmanship is very poor and they don't always follow the building control recommendations and leave you without an building control approval. The Gas and Electric works are done by labourers than qualified technicians making it very difficult to get your works certified.The poor workmanship of these builders were seriously criticized by building surveyor.I have many proof of photographs of their poor workmanship, leaking roofs, Complaints to trading standards and CCJ. Soon this company will be shamed on television.

They did the build in good time. Dealing with building control. Services insulation. They kept the site very tidy and we were kept well informed of all progress.We have recommended them to other people that require building works.
