I needed a car pretty quick. After doing months of research and had some limitations of choice due to some other factors, I Looked at the Mazda. I always though Mazda's interior were tad bland compared to the VW family. However Once you get over the digital" cluster and infotainment system you can't use while driving

Spotted a used CX-3 on the Mazda UK website so contacted Norton Way Mazda (Letchworth) and spoke to Amelia from Sales who described the car, fully answered our questions and arranged a test drive. The next day at the showroom we received a warm welcome from Amelia, who showed us an immaculately presented vehicle and it's features plus documentation before setting up a road test. Following a successful drive Amelia offered to hold the car whilst we grabbed some lunch and a chance to mull over a purchase. We eventually returned to the showroom and committed to the purchase. Throughout our time with Amelia and other staff, we were treated with respect, made comfortable and never felt pressurised into making decisions.We collected the car several days later from Amelia, which was again conducted in a professional and considerate way.Well done to Amelia, her associates in Sales and the vehicle Service team for their excellent work in preparing and supplying a stunning car.We highly recommend Norton Way Mazda (Letchworth).
