I would highly recommend Neon Numbers if you are looking for an Accountancy firm. We have been with them for many years and they are always professional and extremely knowledgeable regarding all aspects of Accountancy. Rob and his staff are very helpful and are always there if you need them.if you are looking for a firm you can trust and rely on then Neon Numbers are in my opinion the best

I created several multimillion businesses and have been financial adviser for over 30 years. I used most of the high street banks. I also used number of new challenging banks.By far the most different bank is Anna.The interface is this one bar that you ask question and the information appear.I just find that they will even do my tax returns for me free of charge. I cheekily asked if they could do this with connected account that is banked else where? They comeback and said yes.I am still re learning new way of doing things better and be more efficient.So far so good and I can’t fault them for anything.

we work closely with Timewade and find them to be really helpful. rather than just waiting for us to ask for help, they go out of their way to ask if there is anything we need help with. always able to resolve any issues we have . cannot fault them. Fin came to us today and really went out of his way to help in a very kind and polite manner. really happy with the service.

I am impressed with the ease of the forms and template creation. The simple way LCMS allows you to track about the services provided on a given matter. Invoices are created with great ease and look very professional. LCMS makes the accounting aspect of law firm practice simple to track. Its a great Legal Case Management Software developed by General Softwares team.

Avalara have the worst service I have ever received from a company. Trying to register and report Vat in Germany has been a complete nightmare for us because of Avalara. IN the end we asked them to de register us from German VAT, Avalara took no action and we were fined several thousand euros by the German vat department for now reporting every month. I would never ever deal with avalara again.

Working with Samantha has been amazing. She goes above and beyond for us and is always an email away to answer any questions we have and supports us all year long. She’s bubbly and has a great sense of humour so meetings to crunch numbers don’t feel long and boring with her, she has a very keen eye and makes excellent suggestions when going through accounts. We wouldn’t be as successful without her input and look forward to all our interactions. Can’t say enough positive things but to us she’s a huge asset to AA Accountants and we are lucky to work with her!

Couldn't recommend Rob enough, I run a very small business so was doing the accounts and returns myself but Rob still took the time to advise me on several phone calls and by email. Will definitely be using him going forward if my little company grows!
