Very disappointing lack of response to our appeal for a kitten. Sent in 2 application forms, a facebook message, an e-mail and numerous attempts to call them and to date we have had no response( over 2 weeks later). I am sure they are doing a good job in looking after and rehoming animals however, we have not had a positive experience with HAWS and, fortunately for us, we have been able to adopt a kitten from another rescue group.

We've had an absolutely wonderful experience with RSPCA, really recommend contacting them if you're looking to adopt an animal. We were interested in one of their dogs, but whilst we weren't a good match for her, we were told about a different dog who may be suitable. She's now been living with us for almost 3 weeks and she's a darling and fits beautifully into our family. Their support and communication has been fantastic, and they seem to genuinely care for and want to see the animals rehomed. The facilities are great, the staff are friendly and knowledgeable and the adoption process is straightforward.

If a cat has been reserved please can you put this on your website to avoid someone wasting their time trying to contact the branch about the cat.Update Trafford are still not updating their website when cats have been reserved or rehomed.

We were at breaking point with one of our dogs and David came recommended to us from a friend. We had tried lots of other training and behaviorists but nothing had worked. David taught us how to communicate with our dog and establish a better relationship we had a complete turn around. He is extremely calm, positive and knowledgeable and is one of very few people we trust to leave our dog with. David and Heidi are extremely dedicated to what they do, Chancepixies is a great charity and they genuinely care for all dogs. Highly recommended and a live saver for us! ++++

Serene. The farm is an ideal getaway for kids on sunny days. They also help you to feed the cows with only leaves and vegetables provided by them for the safety of the animal. The farm along with Radha Krishna temple is a place that will make you want to visit every week. With a cafe that provides vegan and vegetarian delicacies. Must visit for a spiritual experience.

Fantastic centre! Great facilities for the cats and exemplary standard of cleanliness. Super helpful and knowledgeable staff team whose love for cats really shines through. I have very recently adopted a two year old tabby from this centre. It is my fourth adoption from them over thirty years. I can't recommend this adoption centre highly enough. Wonderful place, wonderful people! Thank you everyone.

Took both my cavaliers here for the 1st time on saturday and im super happy with them and their cute little bandanas were fab Thanks guys ;)molly n mia Xxx
