I Loved calico! I moved out as a first year student and really made me feel at home and welcomed. Staff are happy to help with everything very friendly. Very modern with spacious rooms all new appliances and a lot of study areas and places to socialise. I am re booking for my second year and moving in to a studio instead of a shared flat but loved my shared flat!

Bad maintenance in terms of lift and also garbage vent area which is barely cleaned, very laidback and lousy in terms of any work getting done here at tgis placeI wish i have seen reviews before renting rhe place

Beautiful house, one of my friends have the house here. Spacious rooms, nice kitchen.

From the first day i walked in to ask for the place , the office staff (melanie) gave good reception. Guided me well through the application process. Was quick in response to all me enquiries. It didn’t take me long to move in . The whole process was fast. On my exit too Jeremy was helpful with the whole process. Help me carry my stuffs down from 3rd to reception. My freezer was kept safe till I could pick it up with van. Really appreciate their services.

SCAMMERS BEWARE charging extortionate money for end of tenancy £150 “Cleaning Fee”.Only for me to receive the property in a filthy condition when I started my tenancy. This leads me to believe they just keep the £150 charge as pure profit and do not clean the properties and the landlords are unaware.Please see pictures below as evidence:DO NOT RENT WITH YPP. If you so much as leave a hair strand on the floor they’ll take picture of it and charge £35 fee. In my case it was a popped balloon.

Great location, however not the greatest access if you struggle with mobility. The steps to the apartment are a nightmare especially after walking round London all day. Apartment is basic and is in need of some TLC. The front windows and bathroom especially. However, the most annoying thing which is out of the hosts control is the apartment above us!! Consistent banging throughout each evening. It is like a shot putt being dropped every 5 seconds. Watching the platinum party at the palace this evening and you could say the tv is loud (Although I am very sensitive to noise), however the traffic/street noise and aircraft (there is currently a helicopter circling) certainly dulls the tv noise so we have no idea why the banging is occurring. Nothing short of rude!!
