Travelled 2 hours yesterday to have a new Head Unit fitted to my A Class Mercedes. and have to say the installation, communication and quality of work was fantastic. This is a company who knows what they are doing and do it very well. Would recommend this company to anybody looking for professional after market upgrades to their car.

I recently broken down and RAC took me to this garage, cost me a fortune to get a new clutch and took 4 days longer than they told me it would. Having not being from the area we got 10 minutes away to collecting and got a call to be told it wouldn't be ready that day and had to go all the way home. When I did eventually collect it I had trouble getting into reverse leaving the car park so went and told them and the mechanic came out and said it was fine it's just cause its new and needs breaking in as such and then appeared to be working so a week later and it still really isn't right and not going into gear properly and kicking it out of gear. My nearest Mr clutch garage is 45 minutes away and I hope that when I call them tomorrow I can get it sorted although will be out of pocket again Having to to travel to get there.

Extortionate. That's the feeling I'm left with. My car arrived to them having being diagnosed at Arnold's autos with a faulty fuel pump. Initially after there diagnostic they wanted 1200+ for a new pump to be installed. At this point I contacted the vw dealership for a quote for the same work and they wanted £800 for the new fuel pump + labor. After some back and forth we agreed that they'd remove the pump to make sure it was the cause of the problem and if it could be repaired to do so as by them it would be the cheapest option. 3 days later I hear back from them that after reseting the fuel pump the car now works as it should and there asking £1040 for the repair. I collect the car tomorrow and will certainly not be going back or recommend there services

Got rear brake pads done a year and half ago now i need new beake pads and discs and a caliper cost 500 because there forgot to put something back on the calipers after there changed them maybe there do that for more business The mechanic said who ever fit these brake pad. Forgot to put this rubber back in causing calliper to seized.and waring one side down to the metal other brake pad was OK still had plenty left on
