Someone had knocked into our 08 plate Astra in a car park (they left white paint on our bumper), cracking the lower headlight bracket, so my Son and I dropped the bumper off and mended it, but we needed the clips to refix the bumper to the chassis...our local peugeot dealer couldn't help so I took the bus to George Elliott hospital and walked to Drive Vauxhall.The guy helping me initially said that they probably didn't have any but could order them in....however he asked me to wait while he went off to have a look. Success, he returned with two new clips, which he kindly let me have. Full marks to Drive Vauxhall....sorry, I didn't take his name, but the receptionist (Sophie) got him to help me.Thank you.

Trying to get a mobility car, we were told June this year, its now September and still no car, I have been to the dealer ship 3 times, and no one can be bothered to call me back or offer any help or advice, one time a guy said he would phone us back but didn't even ask for our number. I understand there is shortage of cars but we would not of order a car if we new it would take this long to process
