Pies Online
One reason to be grateful for Lockdown! This company made their products available to the general public, previously supplying the catering trade.You can tell the difference. Bigger pies, full to the brim with delicious choices of meat and vegetarian loveliness.We've only just ordered our first batch of their pork pies, having previously ordered hot pies only. OMG, the pork is seasoned properly and the pastry is very well made.

Been twice recently once just before 1pm and once slightly earlier... on both occasions was informed non-apologetically that they had run out of filled rolls that early on a lunchtime.... not impressed..the women serving were trying to clear up and clearly didn't want to be there with no pride or customer service.

Great pasties at a very reasonable price. Food was piping hot and full of steak chunks. In all honesty I expected lower quality with it being such a bustling tourist area. Pleasantly surprised and would definitely visit again if I was in St Ives.

Absolutely shocking experience. Waited over 20+ minutes for a Frappe and had to go up to chase it up and still had to wait further. The store needs to do a lot better if it's gonna survive this area.-Update: Order arrived after 24m of waiting thanks to the owner stepping in and pushing to get the coffee out. Whilst appreciated it doesn't change the fact sadly. Saw a lot of other people waiting a long time, around 15 minutes for theirs too which is too long for a coffee. Something very wrong with the staff and how they're serving at this spot I think

Cakes look nice but have not taste. They are all the same. Just plain sponge with cream filling. Only the toppings are different. Found out cakes are not made on site and are delivered ad part of the franchise deal.All the cakes are to uniform and perfect to be made in store.Would I buy again. Not really!

East Bristol Bakery
A great Easton cafe has opened a sister branch in the Whapping Wharf development, and stocks all the best bits from their main site. Serves local Extract Coffee in all the usual formats along with a decent selection of cakes and pastries, although not the full range available on St Marks Road. The highlight though has got to be their superb sourdough which is just as delicious as ever, if you need to pick up a loaf this is the best place to do it! Chewy crusty and perfect crumb with a strong flavour.
