Heavitree Pleasure Ground
We love love living close to Heavitree Park. A lovely green space with lots to do, or to sit back and watch the world go by.The play park and pools are almost always busy but there is plenty of room for all.. There are quieter spots too, perfect for for all ages.The Parklife cafe offers refreshments which can be enjoyed inside or taken away.There are tennis courts, a bowling club, and a basketball court.A food van visits on a Friday evening, setting up outside the Parklife Cafe.

Terrible club, the equipment is trash, can say that for sure being one of the former students. The teachers don’t teach! I have asked to teach me a back handspring for about a year and they said that “I wasn’t ready”. When I left the club and changed to another one I learnt it in 2 lessons. 2!!! After one more it was polished and I got my round off back handspring. Not a club for kids who actually want to learn some gymnastics...

I think whoever came up with this is a great person!! I was having a really hard time finding to people to play basketball with, not to mention putting two teams together for a 5 vs 5!! Now I can just join a league as individual and all the hard work is done on my behalf - I can just focus on my shooting!! Thanks GOMammoth!

The Queen's Diamond Jubilee Centre
Took our grandchildren to a lesson on the climbing wall, all four children thoroughly enjoyed the lessons. It is such a great shame that we don't live in Rugby or we would definitely be booking lessons there !!!
