Always such a pleasure visiting Finisterre in Brighton. This store is a gem tucked away in The Lanes. The staff are super friendly (without any hard sell!), passionate about the brand and the clothes which are of exceptional quality and design without compromising sustainability. I love the brand ethos which has kept me going back time and time again. I've been very happy ordering online through the lockdown as the customer service, return policy and process, and speed of delivery has been amazing, but nothing compares to being able to go into the Brighton store so I can't wait to visit again. Thanks team Finisterre Brighton!

I have experienced the same problem. The counter staff were ARROGANT and unhelpful. They sneered at my enquiry and made me feel like I was unwelcome asking them about a product I was going to purchase.The two female staff spoke to me like I was stupid and acted like I had offended them for asking a valid question nicely.This is not the way to speak to anyone, let alone customers and I will NOT be returning to them or be telling people to visit them.Don't give these people your money!
