Just wanted to say a big. big thank you for the excellent customer service I received from Ian that works at EVANS London bridge. I got a little bit lost due to google maps sending me on a wild goose chase to the shop. I called the shop and Ian gave me clear instructions on how to get there. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a friendly smile and was asked how he could make my day better. My tire had a puncture. This was fixed in a matter of hours and I popped down later to pick it up. Ian was very helpful, funny and friendly and I hope EVANS London Bridge appreciate what a great asset they have. Thank you Ian.

Went in to purchase 2 bikes for Christmas presents, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Measured the children to make sure that they were getting the right sized bikes for them and ordered bikes to the store that we had found online and price matched online sales prices. Would definitely recommend if your looking to purchase a bike

I cannot rate Evans Cycles and Ben who served me highly enough. Bens help and advice meant that I got the right bike for me at a great price (they had a sale on so I saved 50%) plus all the accessories so I was ready to go plus they’re going to configure it for for a nominal extra charge. I couldn’t be happier. Thanks

Worse experience ever!Visited the shop due to a puncture. I had my tyre and inner tube replaced with a brand new one. 1 hour later my tyre was flat again!This is the second time that I change my inner tube/tyre here and the second time that this happens.I definitely not recommend Evans to anyone!

I bought my first bike (the one with Spiderman/superman colours) with flat tires and couldn't pump; went to these guys and they fixed it in 2 minutes (for free also!).Furthermore, they arranged my seat so I can be more comfortable. What better service can you ask for ? I highly recommend them

Very poor customer service, communication and management. A really disappointing experience over a 3 month period with this shop and the staff after taking delivery of a road bike. When a couple of issues arose, work on my bike was not done properly. There was a lack of communication about multiple delays to repairs and an unwillingness to acknowledge damage caused to the bike whilst in the workshop.

Highly recommend these guys - working with me to find the best option for replacing or repairing my dead Powertap pedals. In the end I chose to refurbish my pedals. The service was efficient, friendly, budget-friendly & most of all the Powertaps are back working perfectly. Thanks guys, really appreciate all you did for me.

I'm always impressed when I come into an Evans Cycles, and the MK store is no exception! Their friendliness and depth of knowledge is incredible. The speed at which they can diagnose problems and know the exact solutions is seriously impressive. It's really worth paying for these guys' time and service! Thanks for the help!

my wife and i recently had the pleasure of purchasing a bicycle made for two - an electric tandem , we are so pleased ,we hardley use our car now for shoping and it fits in our motorhome and will go all over europe with us we found powered bicyles very proffesional and friendly .
