Don't usually do reviews but this one is so well deserved got some blood tests done with Woodfield clinic and the whole process was excellent. Mary made me feel at ease straight away and answered any questions i had and gave me some good advice as well. After getting results back It spurred me on to change my diet and habits. I feel the benefit of it already after only a couple of weeks. I can't thank Mary enough.

The wrong certificate from them cannot take flight. Terriable service from Lucy.1. What happensI buy a test package for traveling back home to France. I did the test following the instructions, but I got a WRONG CERTIFICATE!!! With incorrect information, wrong name, wrong birth date, and wrong sample date. The airport customs don't let me travel with that false certificate from The Health Hub.2. Lucy and the customer service blame everything on meWhat made me really mentally break down is the terrible customer service. I sent the email to ask for help to change the wrong name and date. Lucy replies and keeps telling me 100 times like a repeater that We can do nothing about this. You register with the wrong information
