I have used Waitrose deliver for over 30 yrs. They have never let me down (and I live out in the sticks), keeping me and many villagers going throughout lockdown and snow. The delivery men and women are polite and very friendly; a great service

The boss is a very rude person and does not know how to talk to his customer and then decides to lie about his box of chicken being £30 when everywhere else is selling them for £25. When i pulled him over it he was very rude. Not a trust worthy place to visit at all. Be aware of this shop

I've been using Alden's for delivery for a few years now but I've never got to visit their store. I happened to be in the area and was very impressed! Not only did it have all the meat you could need, it also had an extensive fruit and veg section with great quality at very reasonable prices.I signed up for the loyalty card at the checkout and will definitely be back!

Amazing sausage rolls! I’ve ordered the fruit and salad box once too and got 3 lemons, a tub of squashed, moldy raspberries, 3 satsumas and 4 moldy figs. No salad and all just thrown into a box. Recently ordered the pizza kit and it’s missing the rocket, the mozzarella and the shaved Parmesan.
