Canoeing area

Great fun despite it hammering down for the whole experience. Our guide ( think his name was Joe?) was really friendly and made sure everyone was safe. Gave us a bit of extra guidance after we were ping ponging down the sides. One thing that wasn’t mentioned was parking; the meeting place is at the side of the canal, we asked and was told to use the community centre opposite. If you are lucky enough, they may be selling more cakes there for their scouts visit to London

Not very nice to wear but shut up and put up cause that's all soon forgotten when you head out onto your raft.Changing rooms do need a good Bleach and disinfectant 3 times a day thoughWould also be good if there were cameras placed around the course that took images just like theme parks do..and then a room you could go in to hunt down your pictures select them to print off.. that would be a really good idea as many would pay for that if not you need someone who isnt participating to take some shots of you doing it and it's pretty boring for that person.In all we all thoroughly enjoyed every second it was a laugh and can't wait to come again even with the smelly changing rooms lol

We probably picked the worst day of the year, (weather wise) but still had such a great time. We were total beginners, but Adrian was great and had us paddling up the river Ouse in no time. Looking for to the next adventure. Highly recommended!

Great time paddling down the river. We did the 9 mile from Kerne bridge back to the centre at Symonds Yat east. Staff were friendly and helpful. The route is good with beautiful scenery and plenty of places to stop along the way. River was very shallow in places due to lack of rain and got a bit stuck, but still fun and enjoyable day. Will definitely come again

We would highly recommend Cardiff International white water. We went as a family of 5 and took part in the family white water rafting. We had so much fun and the experience was made that much better because of our instructor. We'll definetly be going back again.

Fantastic day out and incredibly well organised. We did the 9 mile option and made a couple of picnic stops along the way. The route goes along a gentle stretch of the Wye, though we had to paddle faster to make up for lost time leaving us novices a little sore at the end (if you’re concerned you might want to add a late return to your booking)! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and will definitely be back again on another sunny weekend!

We rented canoes for a multi-day trip in June and the experience was fantastic! Flawless procedures in terms of getting kit and transport to the start point, great instructors and advice for our trip, and a lovely welcome back at the end point! I’ve used other companies in the past and this one was the best so far in terms of customer care. Thank you very much!

Great time had by me and my son (13). He paddle-boarded, I kayaked. Lovely friendly girl on reception and great staff member on the water side. Really helpful and fun. Thanks we’ll be back again soon.

My 2 boys had parties here and had fantastic times. One did kayaking with Nathan (loved it, learning skills, playing games and even got to jump into the reservoir at the end). My second did bushcraft with Nathan and Tom. The weather was a wet and miserable day but they had an awesome time learning how to start fires, scavenging for resources and they were happy the whole time. Would recommend and will probably use them again next year for a new activity.

Kenny picked us up from The river wye with 2 canoes and was very helpful and full of local knowledge. Really nice guy. Would totally recommend. He also went out of his way to return my phone when I had left it in his vehicle. Top guy
