Found this firm to be over-expensive with their vehicle hire rates so, didn't use them purely because they were too pricey.

if you realy want your once in a life time event to become a nightmare book these jokerswe booked a camper for a daughters prom and had arranged the camper to be at the house for six thirty so we could take pictures and then leave for the prom that started at seven 6.30 came no transport 6.45 came no transport we called and was told hes a few mins away 6.55 no transport we called again and was told he was at the wrong address I got in the car to go and find the camper at the said no address and surprise surprise wasn't their called again and was told we had given them the wrong postcode only an hr late by now (why didn't they call us as soon as they relised they were at the wrong location) in the end I took my daughter and her friends in my car and sadly arrived late the look of utter and complete dissapontment on the girls faces was painfull to see totally ruined their prom something they wont be able to do again so sad but then even worse the camper then turned up at the actual prom (late) all had gone in errrr why just a bunch of jokers that managed to ruin a once in a lifetime night for these young girls so please if you want your event to go smoothly then don't book these because all you will get is disappointment and sadness they realy should be ashamed of them selves but im guessing they wont be botherd and will just move on to their next victims you have been warned

Smart Car & Van Hire is the place to go if you need a van. Reasonably priced, good variety of van and great customer service from Bradley.Would most definitely recommend them.

Would give zero stars if I can, worst garage I have ever been to in 18 years, no idea how to work on transits at all, have taken me for over a thousand pounds including doing work i didn't ask them to do, not fixed any of the issues, my van is now back in a different garage and going to cost more than this to put right, not impressed at all, cheers guys!

Couldn't be happier with the help and service from Phoenix. After being let down last minute by another company we were able to pick up a van within a couple of hours. Extremely helpful and friendly will definitely be returning in the future!

I had a really peculiar experience with this company. Firstly, this phone number is not registered, I only realised this afterwards. I booked a car rental through their website but didn't receive an immediate booking confirmation. About an hour later I received an email from a gmail address supposedly confirming my booking and asking for scans of my passport, bank statement, drivers license and credit card. This looked suspicious so I tried to phone the number here (not registered) and then the number on the website but just got to an answering machine. I decided to cancel the booking and replied as such to the email. I got an immediate response to say it was cancelled.

I sought some advice on an aspect of my camper retrofit after trying Volkswagen & other experts who couldn’t help me.Michael couldn’t have been more helpful or knowledgable. Very much appreciated so thank you!
